RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Please note, the product must be returned in the original condition it was sold, unaltered, damaged and accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt.

2. Returned items that are damaged, misused or altered will not be accepted for refunds. Items returned without their original packaging or where the packaging isn't in sold condition may be charged a restocking fee.

3. We offer 100% money back guarantee on all kandoras using our AI based measurement system if requested within 7 days of purchase and kandora is returned undamaged.

4. Refunds for accessories (including vests, ghutras, shamaghs, nial) are provided if the item has not been unpacked and are returned to us undamaged within 7 days of purchase.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

3. Please allow a period of up-to 2 weeks for verification of the returned item before issuing a refund or credit. Refunds will be strictly processed depending on the method in which the purchase was completed. There will be no exceptions:

6. You are entitled for a 7 days grace period for free alterations after taking delivery of your kandora. Beyond this period, all alterations are chargeable.
